Australian Waxing Company Shipping terms and conditions

Order Processing Times:

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business day of receipt of order. Our cut off time is 1PM. During the Christmas/New Year annual break, orders are processed once in the middle of the break.

Shipping cost:

Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your shopping cart weight and destination. For small items we use (500Gr) Australia Post Satchels at a fixed price nationwide of $9.93 Normal Service or $13.27 for Express Post. To calculate the freight for larger items, Go to your Shopping Cart and enter your delivery post code.

Delivery Times

We use the most appropriate carrier for each destination. All Shipments are shipped from Neutral Bay NSW 2089. Our carriers include:

We will provide tracking information with every delivery. Deliveries can be tracked using the tracking systems below:

International Shipping:

We use DHL as our international Shipping Carrier. Please note all local taxes, customs duties and special clearing requirements are to be paid by the receiver. DHL will coordinate the clearing of the shipment. Due to trade restrictions we are prohibited from supplying Lycon products outside Australia. Because of system limitations, orders with Lycon products will still be processed and customers will be offered a refund or replacement product.

What happens if an Items is out of stock?

Our on line stock status is updated daily; however if an item is out of stock, we will hold your order and contact you and offer you the option to wait for the item, substitute for an equivalent or refund the product.

Returns/Refunds:

Returns may be authorised by Australian Waxing Company within one week of order, subject to written pre approval. Any credit will be subject to count & condition inspection before credit is authorised. Delivery freight paid and returned goods freight shall be paid by the purchaser. No responsibility will be accepted for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Nail lacquer , Nail dipping System and gel polish such as Gelish cannot be returned. 

Insurance:

Goods in transit are covered by standard couriers and e-parcel conditions, no additional shipping insurance is included. Please advise in the comments line if you would like additional shipping insurance which will be billed separately at the rate of 2% of order value.

Pricing Currency:

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Electrical Equipment”

All electrical equipment is 240V, 50 Hertz.

Faulty Goods:

Claims in respect of merchandise will only be recognised by Australian Waxing Company if made within seven (7) days of invoice date. Goods must be inspected by the purchaser before signing acceptance from courier otherwise damaged goods claims will not be recognised. Please send photo of damage packaging with you claim.

Authority to Leave:

You may authorise the delivery company to leave your package at your address without signature. Please mention this in the comment line. Please note that in this case we cannot take responsibility for a lost parcel.
